I cannot say enough about the guys at Network Answer. Have used them for years. There is an old saying that you pay for what you get. I’m not sure about support costs compared to others but I think they are worth their weight in GOLD!! I have not compared as I wouldn’t change companies. All the doctors have high regards for the guys there.

Prompt service, feedback always, they have taught me a lot over the years to the point where now I can do a lot of the stuff they would have done in the early days. Pleasant and always work to suit to the client.
They even feel like family now!!

We did an exercise awhile back and worked out the time lost v’s support costs and it certainly was on par with our expectations. We very rarely see them at the office unless they are installing something and remote support is so easy to get things done promptly.
