As a provider of a range of information technology products, services and resource solutions, Network Answer primary purpose for collecting, holding, using and disclosing information is to facilitate the efficient provision of quality information technology products and services. Specifically, we collect information so that we can:

- understand your requirements and provide you with a product or service;
- set up, administer and manage your products, services and systems;
- for the administrative, marketing, planning, product or service development, purposes of Network Answer;
- manage complaints and disputes;
