Network Answer provides a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week support service to all our clients.
Our normal hours are more extended hours than most. We are open from 8:30am to 6:00pm all normal business days. For those emergencies that come up outside of hours, Network Answer always has an on-call engineer to assist you.
No matter what day of the year or time of the night, Network Answer is available to assist you. When you call during business hours our friendly reception staff will be available to direct your call to the appropriate engineer. If you call for after-hours support your call will be diverted to the on call engineer who will be able assist you.
If it is required, our on-call engineer can come to your site to assist with resolving whatever problem you are having.
